Lunica for Epicor Eagle
Lunica runs beside Eagle the way your reports do: read from the same data, in the same terms, with nothing posted back without a person.
Point of sale, inventory and accounting for hardware and lumber dealers; the most common system in independent LBM.
How Lunica connects to Eagle.
Lunica reads Eagle through the Eagle data warehouse under a database account that can only read: the customer and open-item files for aging and statements, open purchase orders and receipts for AP matching, the item file and physical-inventory posting for counts, estimates and bids in order history for the quote desk. Terms codes are read as Eagle has them, so an account on G, thirty days from end of month, ages on that, not on a flat net-30.
Nothing is written to Eagle by Lunica. AP invoices that match are handed to Eagle as an AP Assist import file your team imports. Approved credit accounts are created through the connector set up at onboarding, or keyed from the packet. A count variance becomes an adjustment only when a person posts it in PIP. Invoice copies and signature captures come from the iNet copies Eagle already produces.

Questions
Which Eagle editions does it work with?
Lunica works from the Eagle data warehouse. Your edition and version are confirmed during onboarding, before anything is connected.
Does it need a server?
One Windows server or VM inside your network, set up and maintained by Lunica. It reads Eagle over the LAN; there is no inbound connection from outside, ever.
What about iNet and WebDocs?
Invoice copies come from iNet. Scanned documents keep flowing into WebDocs exactly as before; Lunica reads the scan share and never writes to it.
Can it post to Eagle if we want it to?
The standing rule is that a person does. Where Eagle takes a file, like AP Assist, Lunica prepares the file and your team imports it.
