Let customers choose the work they’re paying for.
For project and job customers, balances by job make it easy to pick the right work and send payments that reconcile cleanly.
- Balances grouped by job, site or project
- Pay by job, by invoice, or the full balance
- Payments arrive with the invoices they cover
Your rules, your brand.
Card fee rules that protect your margin, and a checkout that looks like your business rather than a third-party tool.
- A surcharge or convenience fee by your rule, where your state allows
- Your logo, colors and domain on the page, the receipt and the link
- Card or bank transfer, with no account needed to pay a link
How it works.
- 1
Sync balances and open work
Customers, invoices, credits and jobs are read from your ERP each night, so the portal shows what they owe as of that morning.
- 2
Set your payment rules
Card and bank options, fee handling, customer exceptions, branding, and who can see what.
- 3
Customers pay; your team posts
Each payment arrives with its remittance, prepared for your ERP, and a person posts the batch.

Questions
Does it post payments to our ERP?
No. Each payment and its remittance are prepared for your ERP, batched for the day, and your team posts them.
Card or bank?
Both: card, and bank transfer by ACH. Which is offered, and to whom, is a rule your team sets.
Can we pass the card fee to the customer?
Yes, where your state allows it. A surcharge or a convenience fee is a rule in your policy, shown before the customer confirms, and never applied to a bank transfer.
Is card data kept on our server?
No. Card and bank details are entered on the hosted page and handled by the payment processor.
Can we use it on its own?
Yes. The portal works on its own, and inside workflows like collections and statements every note and statement carries a link to it.
